Bruce Leeke

Bruce is passionate about supporting children and their families to lead better lives. He believes that early intervention is key to building positive emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Bruce started his career in international conferences working for two large media companies. He moved to the charity sector, becoming the first COO and then Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. He then became a Regional Director of St John Ambulance responsible for all activities in the East of England.
Most recently Bruce was Chief Executive of the charity Suffolk Libraries where he led the development of a community based wellbeing service and diversified the offer by running prison libraries across England.
