This workshop is designed to support parents/carers in helping their child with anxiety around going back to school.

Supporting your young person with sensory needs to reduce behaviours of distress.

This workshop is designed to support parents/carers with psychoeducation around the sensory systems, their impact on emotion regulation, how sensory distress can lead to meltdowns and shutdowns and how to create a sensory profile to reduce behaviours of distress for their child/young person.

Supporting your young person with Self Harm.

This workshop is designed to support parents/carers with psychoeducation related to self-harm and why children and young people might self-harm. It focuses on how to talk to your child or young person about self-harm and how to support them. It also explores some distress tolerance strategies you can use to co-regulate together.

Supporting your child with low mood.

This workshop is designed to help parents understand low mood in children and young people, recognise common signs and symptoms, what may be maintaining the low mood, and learn practical strategies to provide effective support at home.
