Stronger Together is a free service supporting families, carers and professionals living or working with children and young adults with additional needs and disabilities.
We focus on parental support, helping parents navigate the SEND world and advocate for their children.
Our support groups across Fenland provide parents and carers with a safe space to connect with others and access informal support surrounding benefits, DLA & PIP applications and more, helping to reduce feelings of isolation.
Stronger Together also offers digital support sessions on Microsoft Teams – please get in touch with us by emailing strongertogether@ormistonfamilies.org.uk, or by calling 07736 969289, if you are interested in attending session either online or face-to-face.
