Philip Richards

Philip has spent the last 33 years working within the NHS across a variety of providers and commissioning organisations. For the last 17 years, Philip has worked for Provide CIC, a provider of services to the NHS, and is their Group Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer. Philip oversees all aspects of finance, estates and IT in his role. Philip is also Company Secretary.
Philip is a qualified accountant (ACMA) with 30 years post qualification experience. In his role in Provide, he coordinates much of the charitable donations and Community giving of the group and has helped raise money for Ormiston Families in the past.
Philip joined the Board in September 2024 after working closely with Ormiston Families on a Strategic Partnership with Provide, Being a Trustee of a charity appeals to Philip values. Philip has run many charitable golf days over the past 25 years raising money for many charities.
Philip lives in Essex with his wife Annie. They have five children between the and also love walking with their two dogs. He is a keen golfer and loves watching live sport.
