Our Supporting Smiles emotional wellbeing service, based in our Norwich Hub, offers professional mental health support to any child or young person, aged 4 – 14 years on our Core Therapeutic Pathway or 5 – 18 years on our Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner pathway, living in Norfolk or Waveney or registered with a Norfolk or Waveney GP.

Our approach to mental health and wellbeing support is child-centred and needs-led. To reflect this, our service’s ‘Supporting Smiles’ name was created in collaboration with the children and adults we work closest with.

Supporting Smiles focuses on delivering a holistic mental health and wellbeing support service. The work of our counsellors, specialist therapists and children’s wellbeing practitioners is consolidated by our training of staff in schools to become invaluable mental health champions, allowing them to better support the wellbeing of the children they work with.

We offer sessions in a variety of venues in your local community. Sometimes, it’s useful if intervention sessions are held in school. If you think you may have problems accessing any of our venues, let us know and we will try to find a solution.
