We want your help. Join our Network and use your experience and ideas to make our services amazing!

The Network is a collection of: children, young people, adults, parents, and carers, who are involved in a range of activities to input into the wide range of work the charity undertakes.

Why?

By joining our network, you can be involved in shaping our services for yourself and others.

Involving those who have received or are currently receiving support from our services means we can ensure everything that we do is serving the needs of our community.

If you have current or recent experience with one of Ormiston Families’ services and would like to stay in touch and have your say on what we do, we would love to welcome you on board.

The types of things you could get involved in

Involvement Committee

A group that meet online to share their ideas around how involvement projects can work in their community.

Recruitment and selection of new employees

You could join in with interviews to have your say – Training provided.

Developing new resources

Help design Leaflets, websites, guides, films, animations etc.

Training and development of Staff

Help train staff by using your experience, your story or, recording audio or video.

Marketing and communications

Share your story or give your views on how we communicate with you.

Youth and Service User Panels

Take part in giving your views on a certain topic or hear about groups or projects relevant to you.

Presentations

Share your story, give a public talk either in person or virtually.

Fundraising

Share your story,  share fundraising ideas or organise some fundraising in your community.
