We are recruiting an Operations Director to enable our service managers to consistently deliver a targeted portfolio of outstanding services across the region.
About the role
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational activities, current and new, ensuring they are aligned with the organisation’s strategic aims and achieving our corporate objectives. The overall goal is to safeguard and improve the effectiveness of the organisation’s operations to facilitate managed growth and long-term success.
You will be working closely with the Senior Leadership team, to provide leadership across the organisation, and you must be able to deputise for the Chief Executive when required.
We want someone with innovative ideas who is willing to challenge the norm. You must have high level leadership experience, be motivational and have significant organisational change management experience. We are looking for a confident communicator with the ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences. A recognised qualification in management, business administration or similar is essential.
