There are opportunities across Ormiston Families and our partners; but we are now recruiting to the following role based at our Central Office:
- Human Resources Manager
Part time, 28hrs per week; Starting salary £29,912, this will progress annually subject to satisfactory performance.
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide advice on a range of employment related issues to employees at all levels and support managers in dealing with all employee issues.
In this role you will need to provide a high level, professional, proficient and effective generalist HR service to all managers and employees. You will develop and improve HR processes, systems and policies & procedures, in accordance with organisational and HR strategy.
