We are excited to be growing and transforming our services for children, families and young people. This includes working with our commercial subsidiary, Play Out, who provide quality childcare in a growing number of nurseries throughout East Anglia. This is a great time to consider joining us, as we focus on improving our support and availability to our frontline staff. There are opportunities throughout across the service with Ormiston Families and our partners; but we are now recruiting to the following role based at our Central Office in Ipswich:
- Human Resources Manager
Part time, 28hrs per week; Salary between £37,110 - £41,850 pro rata (actual salary £29,688 - £33,480) this will progressing annually subject to satisfactory performance. We also offer a generous pension, free parking and an employee discount scheme.
We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Human Resources Manager to advise and support managers on a range of employment related issues within Ormiston Families and for our commercial business, Play Out Childcare.
In this important role, you will manage a small team providing a high level, professional and effective generalist HR service to managers and employees. Working with the Director of People and Organisational Development you will develop and improve HR processes, systems and policies & procedures, in accordance with organisational and HR strategy.
