Human Resources Administrator
Full time, 35 hours per week
Based in Ipswich
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our established HR team to provide a comprehensive and professional administrative support to the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the employment life cycle from recruitment, maintaining personal data, assisting with absence management and the process of leavers. You will be the first point of contact for the HR team and administer high volumes of information on our HR database.
You will have experience of an administrative role in which you have worked as part of a team and you will have a passion for customer service. You will be approachable, professional and able to demonstrate tact when dealing with sensitive information.
It is essential that you have high level IT skills with demonstrable knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages and databases with the ability to extract and present information.
