Welcome to our new website

Welcome to our new website, designed to make accessing information about us and support from us easier and quicker. Whether you’re a child, young person or parent seeking our support, a practitioner looking to refer someone you are working with, a donor, volunteer, potential colleague or just a curious visitor – welcome!

We hope that you like our new look and this fresh, clean design, which was built to be mobile friendly so that you can easily access content from any device. Take a look around and enjoy the improved navigation and search functionality. Discover our new simplified donate and event booking processes too.

Our website launch is just part of the story though. You may have noticed a new logo, strapline and bright, cheerful colour scheme. You will begin to see this new identity at our places of work, our events and in all our publications and communications. You’ll see it in everything we do.

Supporting children, young people and families across the East of England to see brighter futures – that’s what we’re all about.

“We take early and preventative action to support families to be safe, healthy and resilient. All our services help people to build stronger networks, learn from experience and feel in control of their own wellbeing”.

Before you take a look around, hear what our chief executive, Allan Myatt has to say about our new site:

“We are extremely excited to be launching our new website today. We hope that its improved design will help the people we work with access the information and support they need as quickly as possible.

“We hope that our supporters will enjoy looking around everything we have on our website too. From news and events (book your ticket for our charity golf day on 23 October before they sell out, by the way) to new family stories giving an honest account of the way our work positively impacts communities across the east of England; there’s plenty to see.

“We are so grateful to the design and branding experts at Suffolk-based agency Yellobelly, who are the creative heroes behind our new website and identity. They’ve been working tirelessly to ensure that this project has come together and we think they’ve smashed it.

“We hope you do too and that by improving the digital experience for visitors such as you, we continue to increase the number of families that we reach with our support. We also hope that by strengthening how we showcase the important work we do in this way, we are able to attract more people to work with us, volunteer for us and support us with donations, of course!”

We’ll be continuing to update some elements of the website over the coming weeks. If you spot anything we’ve missed, do let us know. In fact, if you have any feedback about the new website at all, we’d love to hear from you.
