Ormiston Families – Point 1 Service
Ormiston Families works in partnership with Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and Mancroft Advice Project to deliver mental health support to children and young people across Norfolk & Waveney, who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health and emotional problems.
Fixed term, part-time position; 21 hours per week for 12 months
Starting salary £23,113 pro rata per annum

As part of the transformation in mental health services across Norfolk and Waveney we are preparing the service to develop and embed new ways of working, including an online service with a partner organisation. The post holder will provide effective communication with young people about the Digital intervention offered, provide support throughout their service user journey, including identification of risk, alternative treatment if needed and support the team managers with identification of appropriate cases.
You will be a highly motivated and committed individual with experience of working with young people and families. You will have a Qualification in mental health, counselling, therapy or other recognised professional health qualification at Diploma level or higher.
