Team Manager – Business Development
Ormiston Families Point 1 Service

Full-time position, 35 hours per week
Starting salary £33,139 per annum
Based at the Norwich Hub

A partnership between Ormiston Families, MAP and the Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, the Point 1 service provides mental health support to children and young people across Norfolk & Waveney, who are experiencing early signs of mental health and emotional problems.

The post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the Point 1 Business functions, overseeing the Business Support and Business Intelligence Teams and assisting the Point 1 Operations Manager in all areas of reporting, finance and compliance to ensure the CAMHS Tier 2 contract is delivered to the highest possible standard and achieving exceptional outcomes for service users.

You will be a highly motivated and committed individual with experience in managing business and administration teams and holding responsibility for the quality and authenticity of data management systems.  In return we can offer a range of attractive benefits and work/life balance.
