We are offering a permanent part-time position with a Salary of £22,322.91 per annum based on 28 hours per week

(FTE salary £27,903.64 per annum based on 35 hour week)

YouCanBe is an innovative one-to-one, long-term, and goal-based early intervention service for vulnerable young girls and women who are at risk of pregnancy and subsequent removal. As a Team Leader you will do this by taking a relational approach that centres around the needs of each service user.

You will work with a high level of independence and self-direction, maintaining strong professional boundaries. You will be confident using assertive outreach to engage service users. As support for service users is non-time-limited, you will ensure your work is purposeful, effective, and appropriate.

Ultimately, your support will enable service users who have experienced complex trauma and loss to make meaningful change, rebuild their lives, and reduce the number of children being removed into care.

You will lead a team of Practitioners to work with service users in the same way, taking a reflective and compassionate approach to line management.

It is essential that you have proven recent relevant experience of working intensively with people with highly complex needs and collaborating on complex safeguarding cases. You should be confident lone working for extended periods of time and independently making decisions around support for service users. It is essential that you can manage your own caseload, completing all case recording paperwork and impact measurement tools. It is also essential that you have your own vehicle and can travel.

You will manage a caseload based in Great Yarmouth but will manage staff who also cover Norwich.
