Ormiston Families – Income Generation and Marketing
Prospectus is excited to be supporting Ormiston Families in the search for a new partnership manager to join their collaborative and effective Income Generation and Marketing team.
As the new partnerships manager, you will develop and maintain long term strategic partnerships, securing funding through contracts and grants and income from statutory and corporate partners. You will work closely with the director of income generation and marketing and the wider income generation team, senior operational colleagues to ensure new and current relationships are cultivated and sustained.
You will have significant experience of working in business development (ideally winning large bids worth £500k+), as well as a track record of business analysis and service improvement related to opportunities and existing services, development of new products and project management skills. You’ll be a talented relationship builder able to negotiate and engage a wide range of funders, as well as motivate and influence internal stakeholders including at senior leadership and trustee level.

The office is located in Ipswich, however you are welcome to be located anywhere in the East of England, with some expensed travel to the office for business need. This is a full-time position covering 35 hours a week.
