Ormiston Families’ YOUnited – Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service Cambridge and Peterborough
YOUnited is a partnership involving Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, Centre 33, and Ormiston Families. The partnership offers emotional wellbeing and mental health support to children and young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, with Ormiston Families leading on interventions for the younger age range, up to 14.
Operations Manager (initially 0.6 FTE, with scope to increase)
Salary £53,168 pro rata (equivalent to NHS Band 8b)
Based in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough. A driving license and use of a car is essential for this post.
We have an exciting opportunity for a clinically experienced and highly motivated leader who can embody our organisational values of collaboration, compassion and effectiveness in working with YOUnited partners and service users to help realise our shared vision for transformative mental health services. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to Ormiston Families’ YOUnited team, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards and achieve exceptional outcomes for the children and young people who use them.
