Operations Manager
Ormiston Families’ Children & Young People’s Mental Health Service
This post is a permanent full-time role, 35 hours per week.
Salary negotiable between £53,168 and £62,001 per annum (equivalent to NHS Band 8b)
Based at our Norwich Hub
Ormiston Families is a member of Norfolk & Waveney’s Children and Young People’s Alliance, which provides integrated mental health services to children and young people aged 0-25, with Ormiston Families leading on provision for 4-14 year-olds. The Alliance includes the CCG, Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and MAP, and is committed to the principles of the THRIVE framework of Getting Advice, Getting Help, Getting More Help and Risk Support.
We have an exciting opportunity for a clinically experienced and highly motivated leader who can embody our organisational values of collaboration, compassion and effectiveness in working with Alliance partners and service users to help realise our shared vision for transformative mental health services. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to Ormiston Families’ Children & Young People’s Mental Health Service in Norfolk, ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards and achieves exceptional outcomes for the children and young people whom it serves.
