This is an exciting opportunity to join Point 1 following the successful bid between Ormiston Families and Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust deliver two Mental Health Support Teams in Schools.
Team Leader – Mental Health Support Teams in Schools
This post is full time, 35 hours per week, salary £37,852 per annum
Based in King’s Lynn
The Team Leader is responsible for the design, implementation and sustained delivery for the team based in Kings Lynn. As part of a wider team, you will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure that the service implementation plan is managed in line with timescales as well as deliver high-quality evidence-based interventions in schools. The role is pivotal to developing key relationships across the system which will aid service design and participation to ensure accessibility and quality for mental health services.
The successful delivery of the service is essential and key to the transformation of Mental Health services for children and young people in Norfolk and Waveney and will support the evidence base for early intervention to grow the resources and facilitate future developments across our large geographical footprint.
