This is a new role, so it’s a great opportunity to help shape our learning and development strategy and to lead on creating a first class offering to our employees. We work in an agile and flexible way, choosing the most appropriate location for the task.
In addition to your salary, you will also benefit from a generous annual leave allowance of 27 days’ annual leave increasing by 1 day after a year’s service to a maximum of 30 days, pro rata. There’s also the opportunity to buy or sell an additional 5 days a year pro rata.
