Ormiston Families – Transforming Rehabilitation Suffolk
We are looking for experienced individuals to join a family support service delivered by Ormiston Families across the eastern region, under the government’s Transforming Rehabilitation initiative.
Family Support Worker
Full-time position of 35 hours per week – Fixed Term until December 2020
Starting salary £18,129 per annum
Based in Suffolk – Ipswich & Bury St Edmunds Probation CRC’s
You will deliver an agreed programme of family support interventions to adult offenders on both a 1 to 1 and group basis.
Applicants must have experience of delivering a range of appropriate activities and possess a good knowledge of effective direct intervention techniques and practice; a qualification, and/or experience in Probation, criminal justice or family support setting is desirable.
Whilst the above contract is for a fixed period there may be opportunity for this to be extended beyond the set date and will be discussed at interview if you are successful in being selected.
