Ormiston Families – HM Prisons and Breaking Barriers support services
We are seeking a Cluster Manager to lead, manage and promote high-quality integrated services for families affected by imprisonment, within a defined HMPPS cluster of prisons and community support for children affected by imprisonment.

This is a fixed term post for 30 hours per week, initially until 30th September 2021
Starting salary £27,361 pro rata per annum
Based: HMP Bedford, HMP Littlehey and HMP Whitemoor
The post holder will play an active role in recruiting, coordinating, and supervising to ensure our services are reaching appropriate standards and achieving relevant outcomes for children, young people and their families.
You will be a highly motivated and organised individual with case and employee management experience and good knowledge of current legislation regarding to young people and families. You must have a relevant professional or vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
