Children and Young People’s Transformation Manager
Full-time, fixed term position, 37.5 hours per week
Salary between £52,306 and £60,983 per annum
Based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich
We are delighted to offer this new role as a joint role across the existing providers of specialist and targeted mental health services for children and young people. Together Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Trust (NSFT), Ormiston Families and The Mancroft Advice project (MAP) are seeking someone with the ability and passion to lead the operational planning and implementation of the exciting transformation planned for CYP mental health services in Norfolk & Waveney. The opportunity to be a part of improving mental health services for children and young people is enormously exciting and important. If you have the experience and skills needed to help plan and deliver this improvement, please consult the NHS jobs website.
This role will require the person to work across providers and as part of a joint delivery team with local commissioners. You will need to demonstrate experience of operational management of mental health services. You will also need to demonstrate ability to manage change and deliver improvements in services. It is desirable but not essential that the candidate has experience clinically of children’s and young people’s mental health provision. The role is accountable for the safe delivery of the transformation of services as agreed and directed by the new Alliance Board for children and young people.
We are excited to be able to offer this integrated role and see it as vital to supporting and considering the needs of our workforce during this period of change. We would expect the post holder to effectively engage across a wide range of settings including presenting to senior executive boards and to stakeholder and staff groups.
This role is fixed term or a secondment for 18 months and the post holder would need to start within the next 2 months. This role will work across Norfolk & Waveney and will report to Service Director in NSFT CFYP.
For more information or to apply for these posts, please visit the NHS job vacancy website.
Closing date for all applications is midnight 27th October 2019
Please note this vacancy is not run by Ormiston Families, to apply you will need to visit the website stated above.
