LLTTF is a CBT-based course by Dr Chris Williams which encourages people to think about the impact on symptoms on five key areas of their life – thoughts, feelings, physical symptoms and behaviour/activity levels together with looking at the impact of the people and events around them. Worksheets from the course are free to download (registration is required) and include a five page ‘bad thought busting programme’.
