HMP Norwich is a male prison situated on the outskirts of the city. Ormiston manages the visitors centre (see below) and provides the following support and services within the prison:

All domestic visits need to be booked by telephone on 01603 708795.
 
Please note: there are no visits on Monday and Friday; the Visitors Centre is closed on these days and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
 
Visits by previously serving prisoners
 
Visitors who have served a term of imprisonment at any of Her Majesty’s prisons will not be allowed to visit a serving prisoner at HMP Norwich without permission from the Governor. They will have had to have been out of prison for a minimum of three months.
