The Ormiston Children's Centre is based in East Ipswich. We work with local children and their families and provide the following services:

• targeted parenting sessions offering more intensive support for families on a weekly basis. All areas of parenting are addressed on an individual basis according to need
• community drop-in sessions for parents, carers and children
• individual packages of support in the home
• infant massage - a rolling programme operates
• Hand's On, a targeted sensory group for children with special needs jointly run with a Portage Worker
• Chat 'n' do, a targeted closed group for parents who have a learning disability. This group is run jointly with an Occupational Therapist Technician from the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership
• In Tune, a service commissioned by the Wellington Children's Centre in Ipswich. This group focuses on infant mental health and is specifically for parents who suffer with post natal depression, a pre-term baby or a child with a disability
• Hollesley Bay Community Links Service. This service addresses resettlement issues faced by families where the father has been imprisoned.
